RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the online store available at lauraachrem.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by ACHREM STUDIOS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), with its registered office at Rycerstwa Polskiego 3/17, 02-999 Warsaw, Poland (the "Seller").
By placing an order in the Store, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Return and Refund Policy.
1. General Rules

Due to the nature of the products offered in the Store, all sales are final.

The Store sells:

digital products (ebooks delivered electronically in PDF, EPUB and MOBI formats), and
-
Print on Demand products (printed individually based on the customer’s order).

No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted, except where required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks)

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not supplied on a tangible medium.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including Article 38 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights and relevant EU regulations), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once:

the performance has begun,
-
the customer has given prior express consent to the delivery of the digital content, and
-
the customer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing the checkout process and purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that they lose their right to withdraw from the contract.

Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Print on Demand Products

Print on Demand products are manufactured individually based on the customer’s specifications and order.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Print on Demand products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products (Print on Demand)

If a Print on Demand product is delivered in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the Seller without undue delay after delivery.

The complaint should include:

order number,
-
description of the defect or damage,
-
photographic documentation.

Legitimate complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable warranty and consumer protection laws.

This section does not grant a general right of return and applies only to defects or damage attributable to the production or delivery process.
5. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly. Verified errors attributable to the Seller will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Seller may result in delayed resolution. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
