TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§1. General Information

  1. The online store available at lauraachrem.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is operated by ACHREM STUDIOS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), with its registered office at Rycerstwa Polskiego 3/17, 02-999 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000769054, NIP 5252778368, REGON 382429900, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

  2. The Store operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform, and is operated by the Seller indicated in section 1.

  3. Payments in the Store are processed via Shopify Payments.

  4. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Store, in particular for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, delivering digital products, and handling complaints.

  5. The Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with applicable Polish law, in particular: a) the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, b) the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code, c) the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services, d) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

  6. The Store conducts worldwide sales. Polish law shall be the governing law for contracts concluded via the Store.

§2. Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.

  2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  3. Digital Product – an ebook delivered in PDF, EPUB and MOBI formats, constituting a single product.

  4. Print on Demand Product (POD) – a book printed individually to the Customer’s order.

  5. Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.

§3. Scope of Offer

  1. The Store offers digital products in the form of ebooks available in three formats: PDF, EPUB and MOBI.

  2. The Store also offers Print on Demand products, manufactured individually at the Customer’s request.

  3. Digital products and Print on Demand products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

§4. Placing Orders

  1. Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store.

  2. Placing an order requires: a) selecting a product, b) providing the data necessary to process the order, c) accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, d) making payment.

  3. A sales contract is concluded upon electronic confirmation of the order by the Seller.

§5. Payments

  1. Prices displayed in the Store are gross prices.

  2. Available payment methods are indicated on the Store’s website.

  3. Orders are processed after payment has been credited.

§6. Delivery

  1. Digital products are delivered electronically via: a) a download link, b) a customer account, or c) e-mail.

  2. Print on Demand products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer, worldwide.

  3. The delivery time for Print on Demand products depends on the individual printing and shipping process.

§7. No Right of Withdrawal

  1. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, the Consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract: a) in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent, b) in the case of Print on Demand products manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the commencement of performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

§8. Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-conformity of the product with the contract.

  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the Store.

  3. Complaints will be examined within 14 days of receipt.

§9. Copyright

  1. All ebooks offered in the Store are protected by copyright law.

  2. The purchase of an ebook entitles the Customer to personal use only.

  3. Copying, distributing or sharing the products with third parties is prohibited.

§10. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of publication on the Store’s website.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons.

  3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
