The Store is operated by ACHREM STUDIOS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), with its registered office at Rycerstwa Polskiego 3/17, 02-999 Warsaw, Poland (the “Seller”).


1. General Information

  1. The Store sells:

    • digital products (ebooks delivered electronically), and

    • Print on Demand products (printed individually after an order is placed).

  2. Shipping conditions depend on the type of product purchased.

  3. The Store ships worldwide, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.


2. Digital Products (Ebooks)

  1. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

  2. After successful payment, ebooks are delivered via:

    • a download link,

    • a customer account, and/or

    • e-mail.

  3. Digital delivery usually occurs immediately or within a short time after payment confirmation.

  4. No physical shipment is associated with digital products.


3. Print on Demand Products

  1. Print on Demand products are manufactured individually for each order.

  2. Production begins after payment is confirmed.

  3. Estimated processing time (printing and preparation for shipment) is typically several business days, depending on the production partner.

  4. Once production is completed, the order is shipped to the address provided by the customer.


4. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Time

  1. Print on Demand products are shipped worldwide.

  2. Delivery times vary depending on:

    • destination country,

    • shipping method selected at checkout,

    • customs clearance procedures (if applicable).

  3. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs for Print on Demand products are calculated at checkout based on:

    • destination,

    • package weight and size,

    • selected shipping method.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized.


6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

  1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  2. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  3. The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.


7. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery

  1. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  2. The Seller is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from:

    • incorrect or incomplete address information,

    • failure to collect a shipment,

    • refusal of delivery.

  3. Orders returned due to the above reasons are not eligible for refund.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  1. If a Print on Demand shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, customers should contact the Seller for assistance.

  2. Resolution depends on the shipping carrier’s investigation and applicable policies.

  3. This section does not create a guaranteed delivery obligation.
