Notes on eternity

Sometimes spirituality becomes the mask ego wears to feel superior. Someone might chant mantras, flash crystals, talk about raising their vibration or doing “the work,” yet behind the curtain they judge others, weaponize spiritual language, and build an identity more about image than integrity.

True spiritual maturity shows in humility, kindness, and consistency—not in curated aesthetics or loud declarations. When you feel seen, supported, not diminished, that’s when presence beats performance, heart beats persona.
