Notes on Eternity
Note: Awakening Consciousness in a Time of Fear - Media Control, and Collective Transition
This essay explores the awakening of consciousness in a time marked by fear, media control, and profound collective transition. Moving through themes of intuition, embodiment, indoctrination, media frequencies, eclipses, and historical memory, it examines how awareness responds when social, political, and psychological systems become rigid, violent, and increasingly disconnected from lived human experience. Blending personal insight with cultural, philosophical, and historical reflection, the text traces cycles of regression and renewal — from post-war trauma and countercultural movements to contemporary forms of conscious resistance and inner refusal.
Rather than offering quick solutions or simplified narratives, the essay stays with complexity, responsibility, and presence. It reflects on perception, power, and the ways fear shapes collective behavior, while also returning attention to the body, intuition, and love as lived, embodied practices. Written for readers navigating periods of inner and outer transformation, the text invites discernment, integrity, and awareness as essential tools for remaining awake within uncertain and rapidly shifting realities.
Note: Spirituality and the New Earth – Sunday Reflections
Spirituality is often misunderstood as a retreat from the world—a meditation cushion in the forest, a mask of false positivity, or the illusion of “higher” spiritual hierarchy. But true spirituality is not about escaping life; it is about transforming it. In these Sunday Reflections, I explore what spirituality should not be, why prayer without action leads nowhere, and how false gurus and pseudo-healers exploit people’s vulnerability.
Real spiritual growth begins with self-love and unfolds in education, psychology, business, and community life. It’s about becoming better humans not only for ourselves but for the good of all. True spirituality recognizes that we are all one—and from that awareness, we can build a New Earth rooted in truth, compassion, responsibility, and unconditional love.
Note: Energy – Currency of the Future. Some People Are Assets, Some People Are Liabilities.
I’m learning that energy is the most precious currency I have—more than status, money, or material things. Some people light me up, uplift me, and expand me; others drain, deplete, and leave me hollow. Recognising energy vampires (those who take and don’t give) isn’t about blame—it’s about protecting my light by trusting my intuition and feeling into how I truly feel.
Setting and enforcing boundaries isn’t optional—it’s essential. My vitality, creativity, health, and magnetism depend on who I invest my energy in. I deserve relationships that nourish and reciprocate; anything else costs too deeply.
