Islands Within is my first book, a mystical atlas of the inner world. It maps consciousness as an archipelago: ten parts and forty-one Notes that move from the darkness that opens, through the body, love, and creation, to the quiet holiness of ordinary life.

I wrote it the way I design: as one world, where every element answers the others. I photographed the self-portrait on the cover, designed the cover and the layout, and set the visual rules of the whole book, from the bold, condensed titles to the quiet, centered pages that open each part.

Ten parts, forty-one Notes: an atlas of the inner world.

The book grew out of Notes on Eternity, the journal I write here, and it is the most complete form of what I do: an idea, an image, and a voice, held together by one hand. It is available as an ebook on my website, and in hardcover and paperback on Amazon.

There are places where the outer world softly dissolves, and the true journey begins deep within.
